I believe in bee theory.
Bees are going extinct. It's true, and it's pretty sad. It's even more sad because of one of the reasons it's happening. All of us are probably culprits of this: we freak out when bees hover around us as we trampled on its home, and smack, dead bee.
Not going to lie, I am a little afraid of bees. But I am more in awe to what they represent; because of them there's cross pollination, which leads to beauty and diversity and growth. And they do this without intending to, it's accidental. Bees could be the most generous dunces ever.
When bees are gone so will this string of events. The richness of our diets, landscapes, and world will diminish. These tiny little bees, and our seeminly unimportant actions toward them, will create a juggernaut of a reaction.
Bee theory is the theory that the small things we do without thinking much about them will eventually lead to an immense consequence. Bee theory can be scary, but the flip side of this dynamic means it's also powerful in the other direction, too. Whatever tiny action, thought, relationship, belief, or prayer that you frequent so much it becomes a part of you has the power of creating something awesome.
So from this day on, if you see a bee let it be. If we all do it often we can reverse this massive tide.
