toyboy dating sydney Everyone can be great, I firmly believe that. You might see site de rencontre francais anglais greatness as an unattainable thing, though, because you are only thinking about it in a very specific way. rencontres notariales 2014 But what about little greatness. What about finding a very small thing and doing it greatly. I'll tell you about the little greatness I'm currently proud of:
chloroquine buy india I kinda hate greeting cards. The act of going to Target, picking up something somebody else wrote, signing your name to it, and giving it to someone you love gives me the willies. So I stopped doing that.
But I obviously couldn't stop giving out cards, because they mean something, they mean you care. So I started creating my own. I began by buying blank stationery, drawing something funny on the front, and writing a thoughtful message inside.
This was good…until I figured I could do better.
What I do now is hand-emboss each of those cards, spend more time on the drawings (often throwing away a few cards until I get it right), and going through various drafts of the message until it feels good enough to print. It's not great yet, but I am aiming to get there.
It's something my friends and family have already noticed. Some of them look forward to my cards because they know absolutely no one else in the world will be getting the same one they will. They are special because I care enough to work on them a bit more than most other people.
Other examples of a little greatness:
Making the best omelets anyone has ever had.
Or the most delicious mojitos.
Or the funniest Facebook statuses.
Or the best list of movie recommendations.
Greatness is about caring and dedicating yourself to something more than the expected minimum. That something can be small, and that smallness won't diminish the greatness whatsoever. Greatness doesn't need a stage, it needs a committed soul.
